Calling all #ChangeMakers!
Thank you for signing up for the Deeds Digest and for joining our powerful network of women turning passion into action and ideas into policies.
Just this week, we launched our website - DeedsNotWords.com - an interactive hub to empower all of us to be activists working for full equality for women. Campus sexual assault, reproductive justice, equal pay, a living wage, paid family leave, access to healthcare, affordable education – these and many more are issues that we must still tackle, together.
Today, we are asking our friends and supporters (you) to help launch the Deeds Not Words movement - to begin working with us on helping others make a difference. We would like to hear your stories on how you are taking action locally, regionally, and nationally to make change happen. We would love to select as many of you as possible to be featured on our social media channels, helping to inspire so many others to do the same.
To submit your story:
- Post your photo and story on Instagram or Facebook and tag @deedsnotwords along with the hashtag #ChangeMakers
- Submit a few words on how you are working on being a change-maker in your community
- We will then select stories to feature across our social media channels and link to your profile so we can all share the message together
